"Excellent position for city centre break in Verona"
We visited out of opera season but this would have been the ideal apartment location to stay in for the opera theatre. The hotel staff were very obliging-working late for late arrivals of several guests and one lady printed off bus and train timetables for us and researched a venue we wanted to visit for us. There were a good selection of restaurants and shopping within a few yards of the hotel entrance.

"Wonderful city break! "
My friend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and having booked the most cost effective room weren't expecting all that much. However we were wrong in our skepticism - our room was absolutely gorgeous! It was bigger than we ever anticipated, and the balcony was such a welcomed surprise. We spent a lot of time on it, with weather and views of Via Cappello to accommodate the privilege. The bed was comfortable and decoration luxurious, and needless to say we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi bath! The service was astounding, with someone on hand at all times to accommodate our needs. We found it particularly novelty that we had access to the courtyard at night. It was such an exclusive experience, and we weren't expecting to enter the hotel actually through the courtyard! The only thing we felt was that the room could have benefited from a kettle or cafetiere - we Brits can very seldom start the day without a cup of tea or coffee! Other than that, we were amazed, and hope to be back. Thank you!

"Clean and Safe"
A bit far from center of town but the loaner bicycles made that a non issue for me. Secure parking and breakfast were a plus. My refrigerator never worked and was not offered any remedy or credit which was disappointing considering the heat. Had that been dealt with during the three days I would give more stars.

"Honeymoon trip that included 2 nights in Verona"
Greeted upon arrival by the very friendly owner, Luigi, who quickly went through the basics with us and showed us our room which was very cozy. Basic amenities including soap and shampoo were also provided which was nice considering that this was not a hotel. The room itself included a balcony that gave us a beautiful view of the very european street we were on. Our room was within walking distance of all the main Verona squares including Piazza Erbe and this allowed us to explore all of the sites. Coming to Verona in January is wonderful and can be very romantic. Having said that, it is very cold during this period and many of the theatre plays/shows are not on. This is a word of caution for the traveller hoping to attend the amphitheatre for a show during this period - they only run in the summer! The amphitheatre is glorious, however Lots of nice places to eat - including a restaurant with a name sounding like Olive in the main square. Don't forget to visit Julliet's balcony!

"Great location and size for a family"
We stayed at the "ApartHotel Verona House" that is owned/operated by the Hotel Milano and Spa. The ApartHotel Verona House is located about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel Milano. It has its own very pleasant and very efficient reception staff. The apartment we had was first-rate, very clean, and very modern. It had a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a very high-quality sofa bed (better than any I had ever seen - really more like a full bed) in the living area. It had a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all the dishes, silverware, and cookware to serve at least 6 people. It was located directly across the street from the castle and just a few blocks from the main plaza and the old Roman arena. Although we did not stay in the main Hotel Milano, we were able to make use of the rooftop bar there, which provided fantastic views and a wonderful setting.

Verona is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Verona, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Verona hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
