Pro: Staff is friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Hardwood floors-no rugs. Beds are comfortable.
Low entry tub.The location is great. Walked to Albee's.
Con: Only two bath towels for two people. This would be a problem if one had to dry long hair. Shower curtain to short-water got on the floor. Need a grab bar inside the tub-felt unsafe using the shower. Elevator outside-must be a cold wait on those cold winter days and nights. Needs a new flag. The flag was ripped and wrapped around the pole.

I like this hotel. it's clean and nice so two thumbs up there. however, it is missing some major modern day amenities. I could have paid $60 at the comfort inn and had a mini fridge and hair dryer in my room. it was a major disappointment this room had neither. most hotels also have USB outlets, and this room was missing that, as well. not a huge deal, i bought a phone charger down the street. the beds are very comfy so that's a plus, but I also feel like there is just a little too much water pressure or maybe softener. not very comfy.

Room was clean and well-appointed for a two-star hotel. Hotel staff was very pleasant, particularly the manager who checked us in after midnight. Continental breakfast was fairly typical (cereal, oatmeal, white and raisin toast, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, and a pancake machine - out of service because there was no delivery of pancakes due to a bad snowstorm the day before), but I was happy to find vegetarian proteins (eggs, peanut butter) available. Easily accessible off York Road, not far from the exit off US 15-S, though not near the downtown area. Next door to Perkins. Would stay again considering the excellent rate.
