So, first of all when we got to our room, there were hairs in the bathtub, and I also , immediately saw that both beds sagged in the middle. Ya, then the window of our room was literally open when we stepped into the room as well…. Also, there was not nearly the friendly service experience that one would wish for after a long day.

Housekeeping was great as the women were attentive and exceeded expectations. Laundered items such as bedding and towels were not thoroughly clean. However, the front desk staff were not engaging and minimally helpful on the kast night of my stay. The area is nice as multple eateries and stores are close by.
