Love the vibe of the hotel and staff super friendly. Only complaint would be breakfast didn't have scrambled eggs. If you want something hot you have to microwave it. My sister left her purse on the couch in the lobby overnight and it was waiting for her at the front desk with all the money and everything inside.

Fun hotel, nice location, the carpet in the room was pretty worn, though. That is really the only complaint. Would stay again if in the area. Staff was sweet and helpful. LGBTQ friendly.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, the staff helpful, and it's a walkable location, between the center of the city and Franklin & Marshall. One thing though, if you like quiet, the building is not well-insulated. I could hear bare feet stomping on the hardwood floor above me, outside noises, and my neighbor's cough. I did hot have wild noisy neighbors, but I could hear them.

This is my third tome staying at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and so well decorated! I love the art and artist theme. It is conveniently located to great dining and shopping. We also walked to a Minor League baseball game, which was fantastic and fun! John J. Jeffries restaurant was absolutely delicious! From vegetarian options to a pork chop for the meat-eaters in our group…everyone had great options! Sam did an amazing job of taking care of our large party. He was fantastic! We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and they made every part of the evening so special!

Unusual in a good way. Room was clean and comfortable with exposed brick and wood beams. Provided continental breakfast was okay, better than some chains. Located in and interesting neighborhood near Franklin and Marshall College. Mix of residential and commercial. Good farm-to-table restaurant in the same building.

I would say our stay was just fine. I’ve stayed at waaaay nicer hotels for less money. We chose this hotel because of the amazing reviews and honestly we were quite shocked when we got there. It’s in the middle of a couple busy roads and not near anything we could really walk to. The inside was just a lobby and a restaurant and an elevator. The room was basic. I feel like I stayed at a different hotel than everyone else that left reviews. Overall the room was clean and had the basics. The breakfast buffet was also very basic. It’s not a hotel we would stay at again but it was fine for an overnight.
