We waited longer than 30 minutes to check in. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable that my kids didn't hardly sleep. The blanket we got for the bed had bug pieces on it (yes, dead bug pieces). We took the coldest showers we had ever taken in a hotel room because they ran out of hot water. I have never had a hotel that ran out of hot water!!! And the room heater/ac kept malfunctioning, with negative temperatures outside, our room was SO cold. Overall, it was the worst stay we ever had in a hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and enjoyable to be around. The staff who cared for the breakfast, did a fantastic job! The room was not very clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the chair and end table were gross. They were sticky and the amount of food and garbage in the seat cushion was disgusting. When i pointed it out to the front desk, they said that in the morning they'd replace it. When we checked out two days later, they still hadn't changed it. There were no towels in the pool area, although the hot tub was amazing.

There was Fighting in the hallway right next to our room. We had to leave at midnight because we couldn’t sleep because of all the noise.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a lot of caulking throughout the room, bath tub and around the walls of the jacuzzi. There was also white spray paint in the bath tub and jacuzzi. Front desk staff were nice, breakfast could have been a little better. Parking lot was a mess with snow and ice. My husband fell getting of his truck.
