I had a fantastic stay at the Pinnacle Harbourfront. My room was upgraded to a stunning harbor view on the 18th floor. The staff were outstanding—friendly and attentive. The location is beautiful and convenient, and the B2B bar was a lively spot for an evening drink and appetizer. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. Views of the harbor were fantastic. Walking access to restaurants and bars was great. Proximity to parks and walking trails was the icing on the cake. We checked in during a busy time, the staff handled the volume with aplomb. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathrooms inside the hotel rooms do not have a lock on them, so if you are going on a vacation with friends, hopefully you're comfortable seeing you inside the bathroom, because the doors don't close fully, so there's always a gap between the door frame and the sliding door. The hotel rooms are clean and the cleaning lady was really polite and professional. The staff at the front desk on May 27 in the afternoon were probably overworked because their attitudes were not the greatest. There's also not enough staff members at the restaurant as they forgot an item in my order and I had to wait a long time. The location is great for anyone going to an event at the convention center or to any networking events nearby. I was able to go outside for a walk in the morning by the harbor, which was nice. They have a service available to hold onto our luggage on the last day after we checked out, and we came back to pick them up at the end of the day. Overall, there were pros and cons to staying here.
