Excellent well located hotel with great staff and a parking garage. Walkable to all the tourist attraction's and plenty parking spaces after a day exploring further afield. I was able to check in early which was fantastic.

Had us in a King Room on check-in, but we needed (and had booked) 2 doubles. The room was changed, but the new room was located directly under a grad party that ran until 1:00am. Somewhere around midnight we asked to move rooms and were told it wasn't an option. It seemed the hotel staff even knew about the party and weren't in a position (or prepared) to do anything about it. Why would you put people in a room underneath a party that you are allowing to go until 1:00am? Offered us a $100 credit, which I guess is a nice gesture. Would have preferred to have a good night's sleep though.

We recently stayed for one night with two kids. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Two minor things, there’s only one usb port in the room for charging electronics (in the alarm clock) and we forgot to pack a charging block. And the kids were disappointed that we didn’t have the option to log into our Netflix on the tv. Minor things that will not affect my decision to stay here again. The pool and gym facilities were fantastic. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the dining facilities. When we arrived we had to race off to a game and the bag checker employee was not there, the desk agent tagged our bags right away, no questions asked, and we made it in time for kick off. The area is very nice and feels quite safe. Quick walk to Hullo Ferry terminal. We will definitely stay again.

Honestly I was surprised with the condition of the hotel. It is not that nice of a hotel, I felt like it definitely needs renovations, especially to the rooms. They are small, ceilings are low, and it was not at all cozy, the rooms show the age of the building. I can say the staff and service was great. The gym is large and well stocked, no cleaning supplies for wiping down equipment, that I could find. The location is great, close to the harbour, restaurants and shopping.
