Our room had a broken heater, which honestly didn't bother us that much, but when I went the next morning to ask if it could be fixed while we were out for the day the staff apologized profusely, upgraded us to a VIP room with free breakfast, and also brought a nice tray of fruit to our room. It was a really nice gesture and they definitely made us feel as if our comfort actually mattered to them. Overall it was a nice hotel and we slept really well. I would definitely stay there again.

Great one night stay, the valet service was great, not to mention the friendliness of the man who worked in the valet. Hotel front desk staff were great, and when we could not find the hotel pool, a maintenance staff member was quick to help us with this manner. I would definitely recommend

We only stayed overnight for a concert at Rogers Place, but will be returning to hopefully spend some time in Edmonton. Centrally located and close to great restaurants! Staff were very kind/friendly, room was clean & quiet!

We stayed here over night to see Garth Brooks and it was the perfect location. Roughly a block to Rogers Place it was clean and attached to a mall with a couple of restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. It was the perfect place for what we needed.

I think this is an older building that's been heavily renovated and for most part its nice. It also apparently has the best gym in the city apparently according to a local I talked to who was working out there. The pool is nice and the steam room is amazing, hottest one I've ever encountered. However I had some issues with my room. The heater or vent or something I think was constantly click-bang whirrring every 15 min or so. To some people this wouldn't be a big deal but I'm a light sleeper and this stupid thing made extremely difficult to sleep and that's a deal breaker for me, but maybe it was just my room. I didn't have a great view but I didn't care I was there for business. There was also a exterior light outside the base of my window shining at an upward angle and reflecting into my room, the blinds did not block all of it. Again light sleeper and picky I know but I would never want to sleep in that room again.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, they were even able to check us in a little early, which was very helpful. In the evening when we needed a cork screw, they tracked one down for us :) All in all a really nice place to stay.
