The location is great! The floors and walls need soundproofing. Major updating needs to be done in the building. Not just painting over an old green door for the bathroom. More soap, toiletries would be nice.

Everything is great except the curtains. It doesn’t have dark curtains for the windows which made us uncomfortable. Will stay here again but maybe will request for the second floor.

Excellent stay

Service here was exceptional including the staff who were very courteous and professional. Also the wine and cheese complimentary that they offer in the evening and a $5 breakfast in the morning to go is one of the big parks and is very much located in the middle of downtown Kenmore so very nice property

Easy to find, staff was super helpful and friendly. The dry sauna is nice and hot! Rooms are comfy and clean. Nice tea and coffee bar in the lobby. Beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a slightly older building so a bit run down but it was quaint and neat to have real keys for the room.
