The pool often requires reserved spots to access when it’s busy, which is annoying and you don’t know that in advance, kids were disappointed with that. You only get 1 hour time slots. The bathroom made weird clunking sounds in the pipes quite often and you could hear it through the wall which made sleeping difficult. The second day the AC was not blowing cold air at all, luckily it was cool outside and there was a small window to open. Overall it was ok but I would choose a different hotel next time based on this experience.

We LOVE this hotel - if you have small kids and are looking for something affordable and easy this is it - easy parking, great water park, big slides for the big kids and a tiny slide for the really littles, the little kid pool is only a little over a foot deep and warmer than the regular pool. the whole hotel has been updated and the staff are friendly

Wonderful stay here. They don't build hotels like this anymore. Spacious, solid, everything is working, as it should of course. One of our favourite hotels.

Great place for kids! The pool is amazing. Staff was friendly, the lounge was decent and the food was good. We had a suite that we had direct access to the pool which was sweet! 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be choosing this hotel again when visiting Calgary with the kids!

Booked this hotel for the waterslides. It was not the nicest pool with waterslides we've went to. There was a stain on comforter, breakfast buffet was only so-so and not included. Also was not expecting to pay for a broken cot. Likely wouldn't choose again when passing through Calgary but overall was ok.
