The hot tub that was open was awesome. One of the hot tubs was under construction, so the view was obscure just a little bit but when it’s done, it’s gonna look amazing.

Struck a good balance of being convenient to town but just far enough out to not be caught up in the hordes. Loved the lay-out, didn't feel like sterile commercial property. It blended into the environment. Staff exceptionally friendly.

This hotel was great! From check in to departure, the staff were friendly and helpful. They offered to upgrade our room, just because. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfy. The area around the hotel was nice and there is plenty to do within walking distance.The only negative thing I would mention related to the property is that I would never eat at the restaurant connected with the hotel again. When we arrived, they put us at a table at the entry that had two floor vents shooting cold air ip at us. It was so frigid that I asked to be moved. They moved us next to a couple who they had just done the same thing to before us. They say they have an unlimited bread bad- total joke. It is literally loaf bread only and this is an Italian restaurant. When we got our meals, they were terrible. My chicken parm was completely dry. My husband ordered spaghetti which he loves but it was so nasty that he wouldn’t finish it and he rarely ever doesn’t finish food. The people next to us also had issues with their food.

The Moose Hotel and Suites consistently delivers a great experience. While my stay initially started on a disappointing note due to excessive noise lasting until 4 a.m., the staff promptly addressed my concerns and relocated me to a quieter room, which significantly improved my experience. One unfortunate drawback, however, was the sight of someone allowing their dog to urinate on the outdoor firewood—an unsanitary and unpleasant issue.
