Advertised as near the airport. Definitely was not. 15-20 min drive. Airport shuttle took forever and was fully booked for the time i needed. It being on a rotation of every hour was not helpful.

No issues at all. Check in and check out was fast, staff were friendly. I arrived early for check in, but that was no problem and my room was ready for me. Room was clean and everything worked. During my stay, there were renovations happening, but they were totally unnoticeable from my room. One of the elevators was out of service for upgrading, which meant slightly longer wait times for the remaining one. But, being out of service for upgrades and maintenance is totally fine in my book. The restaurant was clean, service was good, food was good. One thing though, even though it's listed as the Holiday Inn Calgary Airport, it's not really that close to the airport. It's easily a 10-15 minute drive to the airport from here. But they have a shuttle for pickup and drop off. All good.

The property requires a deposit of 50-250 CAD on a physical card to stay. This is not advertised anywhere clearly, or at least wasn’t, prior to the reservation I had to this property. Staff were patient, rooms clean and comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was so friendly and courteous. It was our ten year anniversary and they wrote a message on our bed with flowers and made two towels swans. It was a beautiful start to the weekend. The cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful as well. Thank you so much for a beautiful weekend holiday!!!

Property is under renovations but the staff work very hard to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay. Property is well cleaned but walls are thin, you can often hear other guests in your room and hallways. Excellent breakfast, good dining room and lounge.
