The property itself was clean and tidy and the staff were polite and helpful but unfortunately our stay was let down by several issues that made it far less comfortable than we expected. The biggest problem was the temperature in the bedrooms. They were absolutely boiling – genuinely sauna-like. This didn’t seem to be down to the warm summer weather either; it felt as though the heating had been left on. Trying to sleep in that kind of heat was extremely uncomfortable even with 2 fans running on max speed. The beds didn’t help matters. Our bed was particularly uncomfortable, while the spare bed provided for our daughter was so uncomfortable that she eventually chose to sleep on the bedroom floor instead, which really says it all. Breakfast was also disappointing. The selection and quality were fairly poor, particularly the continental options. The cheese looked as though it had seen considerably better days and certainly wasn’t very appealing. There were positives as mentioned, everything was clean and tidy, and overall I’d describe the stay as okay. However, for somewhere you’re primarily paying to get a night’s rest and a decent breakfast, it fell well short of what we’d expect. With unbearably hot bedrooms, uncomfortable beds and a poor breakfast, it simply wasn’t good enough and we wouldn’t rush to stay again.

The hotel was very convenient to the town and the room was very spacious. The bed and the pillows were very firm ,not so suitable for a side sleeper. Cleaners don't automatically come every day, you need to scan a QR code to book the cleaners. There was a small fridge in the room which was very convenient. The TV only had terrestrial channels. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were not friendly at all sadly. Overall, the hotel had a lot of benefits and i would stay again

This was an amazing place to stay! Highly recommend! Staff was amazing, checking us in early and giving us a more quiet room, even helping bring one of our bags to our room. There were guest robes, slippers and an amazing shower PLUS a guest lounge and garden room where drinks and snacks could be charged to your room. Five-star-stay!

Great location, wonderful facility!

We were a bit sad that Aura wasn't open, we had hoped to have dinner there. Otherwise everything was excellent

My hotel stay great for the price point I paid. I is very similar to a dorm room style wise and the walls needed some repairs. The staff were lovely and very approachable. My room was quite small but was very functional for getting around town during the day. Would stay again!
