The hotel was great very clean and check in was very easy! I would give it 5 stars but I thought it was unsafe that the elevator we used had the keycard function deactivated. It seems odd to have a hotel in times square where anyone can use the elevator and access room floors without being a guest ...

Lotte New York Palace
Our suite was beautiful with an absolutely breathtaking view. Everyone on staff from reception to the doorman were so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We went on the hotel historical tour and it was so interesting. I highly recommend it.

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
Great location. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is very nice. Good atmosphere. Singers in the lobby occasionally were great. This is my new go to for theater weekends.
