Great staff, friendly and helpful. On-site restaurant was delicious. There was laundry on-site which was a life saver. Nice rooms and spacious for a NYC hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel, just off 8th Avenue. Staff are super friendly. This hotel provides great value with a good central location. I have no hesitation recommending the Hilton Garden Inn on w 37th Street.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to New York. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The location is excellent, just note that being close to Times Square, you will encounter some homeless individuals in the area, which may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, a very good stay, and we would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Sheets were initially dirty, but were replaced promptly once notified. Staff was excellent. Director of Sales "Esther" is a consummate professional. In evening, however, front desk never answered phone. Shower was disappointing, weak compared to Marriot Fairfield Inn the night before. We were in 201.

From the moment I arrived the staff was amazing! Li-Anna, Rosanna, Brenda were the best! They talked to me, told me where everything was. Allowed me to ask them questions. I travel to New York City once a year and for the last 10 years I stayed at various Hotels in the city. This was the best Hotel because of the staff! The Housekeeping Staff are all nice and talked to me. Security Staff are always there to answer any questions and assist! This was the best stay I have ever had since coming to New York City for the last 10 years! Li-Anna, Rosanna and Brenda they are the best!!!!!

Really liked this hotel: clean well kept room, very comfortable bed, fast elevators, friendly and accommodating staff, good restaurant, and a water bottle filling station in the basement by the gym. The only negative is the large amount of homeless people on this street; our first day one homeless person aggressively demanded money for food. We stayed 7 nights and really enjoyed this hotel.
