I can't say enough good about this hotel & it's wonderful staff. The location is in the heart of Williamsburg where all the cool spots are walkable. The hotel is charming, very clean & maintained. A winter stay, so nice & quiet. I understand it's more lively when the pool is open. The staff made my stay, especially Martin (gosh, I hope I got his name right). If I needed my room cleaned late in the day, it was done. When I needed a car to Manhattan, it was there within minutes. When it was sensed I was having a particularly bad day, I was given a complimentary drink card for the bar. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate their guests, which is what you want when you're paying a premium. As a woman traveling solo, I felt very safe & secure. Rooms were on the small end (typical for NY), but so clean, cozy & comfortable. I stayed in a king room with balcony overlooking the park. Best hotel in Williamsburg, in my opinion. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

"Stylish hotel in Brooklyn - bring your own food!"
Very much enjoyed staying at this stylish and elegantly understated hotel.
The hotel is designed beautifully.
Only one problem - the hotel has no restaurant or room service.
I was stuck in my very comfortable room during the blizzard on January 23rd and whilst the friendly staff tried to arrange a food delivery for me I ended up having to raid the minibar for snacks.

Had a good time. Room and bathroom very clean. But hallways are not sound proof. While sleeping at night I could hear everyone that walked by and their complete conversations with each other. Breakfast was good but only coffee or hot tea. No water and they have juice dispenser for apple or orange juice but empty. When I asked the staff for juice the reply was,"I can't remember the time we had juice." so went to vending machines and they were broken

The landmark Brooklyn Bridge links Manhattan with the city’s most populous borough. Waterfront Brooklyn Heights offers superb views of Lower Manhattan. Renowned for its brownstones and leafy neighborhoods, Brooklyn embodies America’s “melting pot.” Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and Jewish communities add to the cultural mix. Highlights include Coney Island, Prospect Park, and Brooklyn Museum of Art.
