We love this hotel. Our kids have moved to Brooklyn (from Montreal) and thanks to this hotel, we feel welcome and at home. Great location, pleasant staff, good amenities and the bed is...just great !!!

The place had full of mod cons. It was close to the Subway & close to the famous Bagel Store. The hotel gave us complimentary water & breakfast. The breakfast waitress was most polite & highly clean. The front staff were very welcoming as well.

The hotel was nice. Awesome balcony. Awesome views. However, we had to ask for everything -- more toilet paper, towels, etc. We had to request that our room be cleaned. Even when we put in the request to clean our room, it didn't get cleaned one day. They took 30 min to bring us ice. We loved the room, but the staff wasn't attentive enough and they didn't seem to care if we were comfortable or not. I liked it a lot, but for the high price, i expected much more. Would recommend but probably won't stay here again.

A small, immaculately clean and quiet hotel on the edge of the Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn. Staff is exceptional. Recently refurbished, the rooms are larger than your average room in NYC. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms have new fixtures. The rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. Continental breakfast in the morning with great coffee and fresh fruit. We were a little concerned when we looked at street views on Google Maps but hotel is located in a Hasidic Jewish neighborhood that is full of school buses and families in the afternoon. Very safe. 3 subways stations are a trek(about 15-25 minutes away) but the bus lines are everywhere. If your used to staying in Times Square with Bubba Gumps and Starbucks on every corner Brooklyn may not be for you. This is a bustling neighborhood full of families and and small family businesses. We loved both the neighborhood and the hotel.

The landmark Brooklyn Bridge links Manhattan with the city’s most populous borough. Waterfront Brooklyn Heights offers superb views of Lower Manhattan. Renowned for its brownstones and leafy neighborhoods, Brooklyn embodies America’s “melting pot.” Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and Jewish communities add to the cultural mix. Highlights include Coney Island, Prospect Park, and Brooklyn Museum of Art.
