We made reservations online and then called to confirm the room was available. We arrived and were told there was a “glitch in the system” that was allowing it to sell rooms that were not available. Do not stay here they were very rude on top of it all.

We really loved the apartment’s location, with everything Covent Garden has to offer right on the doorstep. It also saved us a lot on travel, as we were able to walk to most of the sights we wanted to visit.
The apartment is a little tired in places and could benefit from a refresh, but it was clean and comfortable, so this wasn’t a major issue for us.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, would happily stay again, and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The best, most efficient hotel staff I’ve experienced in a long time. Had a fabulous meal in Th@51 Restaurant with equally efficient staff. Similar experience in the bar.
