Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

We were on the 5th floor the hotel room was unbearable the heat was extreme at 10:30pm we packed up to go home but reception offered to move us we accepted the room was a little cooler but couldn’t open windows more than an inch. This ruined the stay. INVEST IN AIR CON

Misleading and disappointing experience.This hotel is not family-friendly. Major amenities are restricted to adults only, which was completely omitted from their advertisements. To make matters worse, the check-in experience was highly unpleasant. The receptionist appeared unhappy and annoyed when answering even the most basic questions.
