Location good. Not a clean hotel. No staff available at all. Rooms had no air conditioning and no table space.

Thought the location of the hotel was good, parking was easy the breakfast and food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. parts of the room were a little tired and someone had splashed a drink over the curtains at somepoint so they could do with cleaning.

On my return to my room on the day before checkout neither my mug or glass had been cleaned. The hotel provided a direct to a taxi company which I used in the morning on my return I tried to get hold of the company and all I got was an announcement of the company and it just kept ringing. Tried to call the hotel but their number was not on the card with the key. Found the website no number listed just how to book. Call main US line. Lady said that she could help but gave me a number missing one Digit. I should have repeated it to her but it was 32C and I expected her to to understand the U K phone system. So i called Uber and used them again today. What use is a hotel providing taxi information that is not reliable. Why was I not able to find the hotel’s phone number.
