No water pressure in the hotel whatsoever! We were on the third floor (2xfamily room) and neither room had pressure. We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do. The food at breakfast was basic and not replenished in good time. The hotel knew of the issue prior to our arrival, I would have preferred to have been informed and given the option of a refund! Great value property, check in could be smoother, very much get what you pay for but the basics were covered and it was clean.

What a beautiful hotel with so much history and character. We stayed in a suite which felt luxurious. Well maintained and clean. Nice big fluffy towels. Only negative for us was the pillows were not firm enough but that's a personal choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Caroline. Thank you. Would recommend and definitely return.

Rooms are quite compact but have everything in you need. O ly one tiny lift for whole hotel ..which is a little challenging at certain times!

Great property

Love this hotel and stay regularly. Great rooms, good selection of foods at breakfast. Good options for lunch afternoon tea and dinner as you can use the Brasserie or the Stables bar. Love the outside terrace too.
