Stayed here for 4 days while touring London. The hotel is so close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben, and also walking distance to two stations of the Underground. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast has so many options and is excellent. There is a cafe/bar off the lobby too. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was luxurious and very pleasant to stay. There were some quirks with a lavatory with a violent sounding flush and the restaurant being predominantly gluten free but the room’s hand wash, body wash and conditioner all containing wheat protein.

Excellent location. Great breakfast. Modern building and beautiful decor in rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

The best In london. Amazing place and nothing is too much for them. I got my Paddington tickets through the Guest Relations desk - no one else could have done that!

Beautiful property and very friendly and professional staff! Spa facilities also top notch.

While a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight, we were blown away with the reception received and the quality of the hotel and rooms. Excellent.
