The apartment provided was entirely different from the photos and description online. The listing indicates an attic apartment, yet the unit I was given was on the ground floor. This was particularly noticeable as footsteps and movement from the accommodation above were clearly audible- earplugs needed at night. The apartment was clean but the windows were very dirty, and the thermostat was locked so the temperature could not be adjusted. I contacted the property by email as directed to raise these issues, but I did not receive a response. Overall, the main issue was that the accommodation did not match what I booked based on.

We stayed in the igloo, glamping! What an amazing experience! It was amazing. Clean, new, beautiful, comfy bed and lounge chairs, fireplace and incredible view of ocean, mountains and northern lights! The staff was amazing! Very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was brought to the room in a picnic box, warm, yummy and a ton of food fresh and made as requested. The dinner was delicious!!! Great experience! Make sure to wear warm clothing, layered with good boots and you'll absolutely love the experience!

We stayed 4 nights in February and absolutely loved the apartment. It's new, clean place with all the amenities and stunning views of Tromso and surroundings.

For us, it was beautifully resourced apartment in a fantastic location for exploring the Northern reaches of Norway and the arctic region. The hosts, Aksel and Nathalie, were thoughtful, supportive, and informative.
