Nice hotel in the heart of Tromso , but if your room is facing the pub you won’t be able to sleep till 3am or 4 am ! Some of staff were not friendly and couldn’t speak English !

The worst hotel I‘ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I told them that my husband was on life support and we couldn’t travel. They heartlessly and without any sympathy to our situation kept all of our money. Don’t trust them! Better stay somewhere else.
