"Tight, tight space for a King room"
For an overnight stay, it was okay. Room too tight, bathroom even tighter. Bed not that comfortable. Supposed to be a King bed but more like a queen and half. Kitchenette amenities was a plus.

"Nice hotel but needs improvement"
Overall, the hotel was great. It was one of the nicer hotels that I have stayed in in Seaside. However, it needs improvement. First, there is only one elevator for guests and staff, which meant that the wait for the elevator was often way too long. The hotel should get a second elevator or encourage more people to use the stairs, which is what we did each time that we weren't carrying too many items. Second, the hotel advertises breakfast, but "breakfast" was lacking. There were only a few choices, and not all of them were available throughout the entire breakfast timeframe. Even with these two complaints, the hotel made for a comfortable stay.

"Okay hotel next to the beach."
We were in the older building facing the beach. Some things needed repairing of which I gave them a list on departure. Great views! Beach and boardwalk in front of building with easy access to the town's main road. Continental breakfast was okay. Cookies in the evening were a plus. Movie rental was welcomed. Kitchenette in room gave us the option of eating in. I would stay here again. It's a great place to unwind when you need a bed and a shower.

"Nice place on the promenade."
Our room was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend staying on the 2nd or third floor for the best view. What stands out for me was the exceptional customer service. Nice touches with warm, homemade cookies and free (current) dvds. The staff were very eager to please and very friendly. Typical continental breakfast, but the coffee was very good!

"Great Hotel Bad encounter with a Staff Member. "
My husband and I stayed here for two nights for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Overall it was great our room was clean and check in was easy same as checking out. My issue begins after check out about 2 days later I was charged almost $400 separate from the $$ we had just spent on two nights. This caused my husband and I some financial concern because we were not advised of any additional charges. When I called the hotel to find out what was going on I was serviced by an agent named Rachel she was very rude from the start she rushed me and told me she didn't have time to help me with my concern and that she couldn't give it her attention as she was alone at the desk. From my understanding I am a paying customer with a valid concern my account had been charged an additional amount with no explanation. I proceeded to speak with a manager but Rachel stated she would not be in until later. I called back again thinking the manager would be in around 9:00am again Rachel answered and was extremely rude she rushed me once again. I asked her is this not an issue you can help me with? In other words you can't tell me why my card was charged another $400? Her answer was well I can see if my gm can help but he is very very busy with other things so your going to have to wait. Then she proceeds to tell me it was an authorization charge but I have never been charged $400 2 days later for an authorization. She then told me the manager would contact me and said goodbye and hung up on me!!!!

"Great low key waterfront hotel."
This is a real good choice for anyone that wants to stay waterfront. They dont have a pool, bar or restaurant but do have comfortable beds and balconies overlooking the wharf. All the rest is near by.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
