Hotel was decent what i did not like was that our room was right above the pool so it was very loud in our room as there was splashing etc also our heater thermostat was broken so woke up and it was 100 degrees in the room. Also the breakfast was absolutely terrible but other than that it was good

GREAT location but hotel is rundown and because it is a pet friendly hotel it smells like wet dog. They should have pet designated rooms. The breakfast omelettes were good on the weekend but Monday and Tuesday the scramble eggs were cold.

Great!!

The desk clerk was so helpful. Hotels.com has their rooms listed incorrectly. The desk clerk was able to get us moved and we had a great trip! They also have amazing add on bundles for smores and birthdays. The man running the breakfast station is also amazing.

The only drawback of this property was the mattress. Poor quality. Not comfortable. Nice room and location. In the evening they serve cookies and you can get into the breakfast room with your room key if you want anything outside of breakfast ours.

Lovely location. Slightly off the main drag of Seaside so you could enjoy some peace and quiet while taking in the amazing view of the beach and prominade. The staff were perfect and awesome. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities are immaculate. My only issue is the mattress in the room we had was so hard and uncomfortable we both woke up stuff and sore. It was only one of their many nice rooms so hopefully other rooms have better mattresses. Hope this feedback is helpful.

Great winter weekend at the beach

A great clear cold weekend for beach walking; had a lovely ocean view and beautiful winter sun. Rooms are clean and comfortable; breakfast is good with all the basics. staff are friendly and helpful.

This was an amazing hotel property. The pool was heated, the cookies at 6pm were soft and delicious, the staff was extremely kind and the hotel was located conveniently to everything. We will visit again in the future!!!!

We loved our stay at the Ebb Tide! It was perfect for the two os us and our pups. The room was very cozy with a fireplace. We were pleasantly surprised to see that our room was larger than we expected. They had a welcome basket for the dogs and movie basket for the humans! Overall loved our stay!

Our ocean view room had an incredible view, the beach was a short walk straight out from the hotel, which was amazing. The inside of the room was a little outdated, but clean nonetheless. Breakfast was a huge plus, especially Jerry, who was one of the people working in the breakfast nook. He’s truly a treasure!
