Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and comfy, and the breakfast is very good. We traveled with our dog and the staff did a wonderful job welcoming him, which we really appreciated. Awesome location, too, close to everything!

Even if we pay for the beat room we were put in a downgrade room. When I went to ask for a new room the manager was very rude and cold and pretty much he sent me away.

Great location, away from traffic noise, room and check-in areas clean, staff very helpful and welcoming. Slight damage to some mirrors and pillows soft but big. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with a good breakfast included.

Staff was nice. The bed was crazy to high. There were not enough pillows to sit up in bed and watch TV give the headboard in the room. Either find a different headboard or add pillows. The room was great for our big family and in a perfect location. The finishes in the room were high end and our family was very comfortable. The pool was in great condition and we loved that it was a salt water pool! Would definitely recommend!

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Seaside-Convention Center by IHG
For the price of the rooms, I expected better. Bed mattresses old and very uncomfortable, same with furinture. Ownership needs to do better at this location. Staff was good and antentive.
