Property had jet tubs in the bathrooms that were so loud that when the neighbors ran theirs it sounded like an airplane, so so loud. Unfortunately they took advantage of it during the late late night. Also we were offered an upgrade which we paid for only to find out it was a ground floor suite right next to the lobby, which was also very noisy and loud both with people outside and in the lobby.

The check in staff, i felt like I was treated like i was debit card not good enough I also asked about using a AARP, AAA OR military discount they did not apply because i booked through expedia. Disappointing to say the least. The breakfast was cheaply done. No protein like eggs or sausage or bacon. Not even toast and real butter. No hot water for the oatmeal packages. For the amount i paid for the room, this was a real shocker/disappointment. Lessons learned...don't book through expedia Bring my own sauage, eggs bacon and even pancake mix and cook breakfast in our suite. Would I stay again?? I think i would if there were no other options......

Best bang for your buck. We booked a suite and it was really nice and cozy. This is probably the best stay in the area. The hotel is modern and has great amenities with nice staffs. The hotel has smaller space, but I understand it’s because it’s a smaller town. Will definitely book again.

This is our family's 2nd stay. I love the lady at the front desk she is so friendly and nice. Couple things i hate this stay was we had a two bedroom suite but the fold out couch didn't have a blanket when we called for some only gave us one and no pillows. The second thing one of the plugs was broken and looked like a fire hazard. Other then that i love this place employees are so nice great location will be back

Spectacular place

I can't say enough praise about this place and the extremely great value for the price. The staff are so friendly & positive. We got in our room and were so suprized by the amenities from a full kitchen with supplied items for 4, dishwasher, sink, Microwave, a jacuzzi tub< wife was so happy. Opened up one of the closets & there was a washer & dryer that did not cost. Also extra bonus of a big deck with chairs. Our room has a Queen bed with a full size pullout sofa. A bit cramped, but also well thought out for the space. This is by no means really a bad thing for a family of 3. Also has fire place, ceiling fan & central Air Conditioner, . Nice continental breakdast. Im just blown away by everything it has. Just to note as well is we have what we called Bob Marleys rm because it's rm 420...lol...Definitely will be stay here again.

Nice clean, spacious room with a great view of the river and town. Restaurants in Seaside are seemingly all tourist traps so the fully stocked kitchen was a godsend. My children loved the pool and hot tub, which had puddle jumpers and life vests available for non-swimmers to float around safely and independently meeting other kids so mom and dad can watch comfortably from the hot tub 5 feet away. What a relief for us to land here on a long road trip with no prior knowledge of Seaside!
