Stayed over the weekend. Unbeknownst to us that the roof was being replaced and we were staying at the top floor. When we got there we inquired if the work would be paused over the weekend - we got the mixed messages from the staff and the workers themselves. Needless to say they were working on the roof - with loud bangs for hours on Saturday & Sunday. I understand that it is a temporary situation but I wished that property would have been more clear about the work, we may have stayed at someplace else. Additionally, the Room 318 where we stayed shares the wall with the elevator. And we heard the elevator going up and down whenever we are in the room - over the weekend including late at night. However the staff were courteous and friendly. Tried to accommodate us to a different room but did not fit our needs - party of 5.

We would recommend black-out curtains. Walls are very thin and we could here the people next to us. Housekeeping didn’t do an adequate job of cleaning our room. Will not stay here again.

The staff was very nice, which pushed up my review. We brought our two dachshunds for a weekend event. They provided a nice welcome package for each of our dogs, which includes bowls, treats, then towels and sheets just for the dogs. But, the shower handle was broken, used soap on top of the shower ledge, it was difficult to see, and there were coloring books left behind by another guest. I hate to complain because every interaction we had with the staff was so pleasant.
