The staff and setting were lovely, but it’s not well maintained. No hairdryer in room but told there was one, then given a broken hairdryer and then got another. Shower stopped working halfway through and water turned off, then had to have a cold shower.

Room and hotel were ok for the price point but of a couple of basic design flaws were sorted it would make a difference. The residents exit at the back of the building while handy wasn't the nicest.

Room size was good, but lift was not in service, very limited parking but offered by site. Staff is good and helpful Bed were very uncomfortable and no Fan or AC available.

First things first, there was no internal lock in the bedroom and it's a coded keypad entry so a countless number of people could have access to the room while you sleep. The bed was useless unless you like rolling right into the middle of the bed as soon as you lie down, the mattress was like 2 pieces of cardboard with springs in, the bedding had stains, the there was dust and small pieces of rubbish, including old receipts that look like they'd been strategically placed by previous customers to see if they'd be cleared away, pubic hairs in the shower, the bedroom window didn't have a mechanism to keep it open to circulate air but you also couldn't lock it which isn't safe on the bottom floor, there were no hand towels or a mat for getting out of the shower, there was a ring from a glass from a previous guest meaning you can't really trust that anything has been wiped, underneath the mattresses were an absoyhealth hazard, the drawers had numerous cigarette burns on them. When I contacted the property about moving room they failed to reply so I had to book somewhere else and am awaiting a refund from hotels.com.

Excellent location and great place to stay

The room was clean and comfortable and the seaview was spectacular. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is ample parking. Breakfast was delicious.
