First impressions of the hotel were awful. On pulling into the parking area in front of the hotel, I thought, "Oh no. What have I done". The parking area felt unsafe. The hotel, and particularly the gardens, looked tired, dated and unkempt. It got worse. When we checked in, they had not got our reservation from Expedia so that took a while to sort out. We had paid extra for a better room but when we eventually got to the allocated room, it was a basic single - so we headed back to reception to get it changed. So why is this not a 1* review ? Once we were past the initial disappointment, we found that there was a separate, secure parking area. The room itself had been renovated and looked like the photos on Expedia. The bed was comfortable - so we got a great night's sleep. So, overall, we had to say that it was "OK".

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, housekeeping was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

Perfectly located hotel with close walking proximity to everything. Very clean and sleek hotel room that felt quite luxurious for its price. The highlight of the our stay was the staff that was extremely helpful and accommodating. When we first walked in they offered us drinks while we waited for them to sort our check in details. After when we had needed assistance with the safe in our room, the hotel receptionist who helped us was very kind and funny. We then subsequently forgot our card in our room and he was so patient and understanding! Really well trained staff and beautiful hotel to have stayed at. It made our trip to Toulouse very very memorable. Would definitely book here again. 💙🤍❤️

Staff could not have been more frienfly and helpful, walked out bag to the bearvr parking that they reserved for us and offered to bring us anything we needed at any time.
