"10 night, on business - Superior Room queen bed"
All staff welcoming, friendly, polite and jump to your requests. My French is terrible and the staff are very polite about not showing it, but instead offer helpful support in English. Hotel is 15-25 minutes walk from the centre of town majority of restaurants. Not unpleasant to walk, a charming city. Large breakfast room, but no lunch/tea/dinner service. Twenty minute walk to the majority of city restaurants. Room service available. Most dishes tasty, but some could be better. Hotel bar reasonable prices for a hotel. 75cl bottle of Bordeaux €26. Beer €5 The hotel caters very well for guests staying for shorter duration. Stayed July 2015, travelled on business

"Tram out front door. Sweet walk to Petite France."
The room is very basic in style, but is spacious. Mini kitchenette (no dishwasher soap or sink stopper even after requesting them) is useful. Rooms are unusually well lit. Rooms are not serviced each day as in regular hotels - I think one must stay 4 days to have a cleaning. Location good - away from the crowds, but close enough to old town and all its restaurants and a tiny jazz club called Wine Note, and a sweet Tunisien restaurant called Ali Baba.

"Ideal Overnight Stay for Rest While on Long Trip"
Installations and amenities are exactly what is offered in ads: practical, comfortable, convenient and new; all at an exceedingly competitive price. On the negative side the hotel’s location could be better, but it’s not a problem with a vehicle and the assistance of a GPS. Kitchen appliances, although their cleanliness is the responsibility of each client, should be verified by housekeeping.

"Lovely overnight stay"
We stayed overnight, breaking our drive back to Calais from Lake Maggiore. This is a little fairytale chateau in a very quiet village. (We Googled directions from A35 Jcn11.1 to the Chateau and then directions from the Chateau to join the A4 at Saint-Jean-Laverne. Easy!) The charming gentleman owner was most gracious and welcoming to 'my house' and recommended us (with a hand drawn map and a telephoned reservation) to a nearby restaurant, L'Esperance at Handschuheim, famous for its regional speciality of Tartes Flammes. Unique and delicious. This may not be the place for an extended stay as Osthoffen and the surrounding area is very quiet and rural but it is perfect for an 'overnighter' and is actually not far by car from Strasbourg if every minute of your time is not so precious.

Strasbourg is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Strasbourg, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Strasbourg hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
