I assume the hotel had just been taking over and was getting some sort of overhaul. Stayed in the building across from reception, wasn't very pleasant. Room wasn't the cleanest, had no bathroom door! Shower didn't work neither did the TV.

Great central location next to the train station . Room was clean with the usual facilities . Good breakfast selection . Staff very helpful and welcoming .

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff

Very nice hotel, been there a second time. The desk isn’t manned 24/7 but I believe it’s also run by the Douglas hotel, I thought there was no one there when I checked in but after a few minutes someone was there to help me with check in. Overall another pleasant experience.

nice stay 1 night for work

I got an upgrade which was very good. Very spacious room. Good facilities except the shower was rather poor. I wanted to get a refund for a future booking but it was not allowed.
