My stay at Riu Vallarta was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the bell boy Marco was so friendly and helpful. The concierge was also lovely. It was a birthday trip so they made sure to send me a lovely gift to my room. Overall, the service is amazing.

Barceló Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive
Disappointing that none of the waterfalls on the resort were running. There wasn’t much of a beach. It was washed out from the waves and not easily accessible. Couldn’t safely go in the ocean to swim. We travel to a lot of all inclusive resorts and felt the food leaves a lot to be desired.
