"A great hotel near everything in Liverpool"
We stayed here with our two children and friends from Hamburg for 2 nights in July. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and uniquely decorated with a Beatles theme. The staff was friendly and very professional, the rooms clean and roomy enough. They had live music in the lounge, which was very enjoyable to relax in after a day of touring Liverpool. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of foods and was well staffed. Our room was on the 2 floor facing the street. It did get a bit noisy in the morning when they picked up the recycling, but we were up anyway, getting ready for another busy day touring the city. Would definitely stay here again.

"Nice try room for improvement "
I felt that the hotel didn't quite live up to my expectations. Staff were very patchy good in parts and lacking in areas. Reception very good and friendly, bar areas less attentive waiting to be served., dining room very friendly and very helpful especially James. The dark corridor areas were a little off putting not sure why they are so dark? Rooms nice but fairly basic again dark no shaving or make up mirrors no seating or desk area was expecting a plusher room from pictures on website. Having said that I would give it another try hope they listen to feedback.

"Lovely hotel, close to the beach"
Beautiful building, close to beach, close to great rail network, staff were lovely. Only issue was that there was a wedding on at the time and our room was right next to the function room so we could hear music all night through the wall which was a real shame. Otherwise it was perfect. Would recommend but suggest asking for a room away from the function room

"Good hotel, good location, comfortable rooms."
We really enjoyed our recent 3-night stay. Rooms very nice, great bathroom (and bath), excellent touches and attention to detail. Staff great, although they are a tad keen to get into the rooms to turn them around in the morning (not good for us !) and no sign that we could put on the door to leave us alone. All in all, a great hotel and location, good if you like a wee walk before getting into the centre of town.

"Great location, helpful staff, and nice rooms"
The staff was friendly, helpful, and the hotel looked like it had been somewhat recently redone. The location was excellent, easy for us to get around to popular sights in the city. The rooms were really nice and there were nice touches like a separate full tub and nice bath products. Staff recommended some great restaurants nearby for breakfast and lunch. Only complaints are: no plugs conveniently located near bed tables, desk, or coffee machine. I had to plug the hairdryer into a plug two inches from the ground and sit on the floor to dry my hair! Car park system had recently been changed and we couldn't use the key to park our car there (they couldn't figure out how to get it working). For the cost, it would have been nice if that was included in the room as well. Finally - why don't they just have auto-locking doors? It was a little silly and hard to remember to lock the room properly!

"Not awful but could be a lot better"
Some parts of the hotel are lovely especially the gardens but some parts are tatty and need improving or refurbishing. We liked the bedroom with its colourful finish and character wall of stripes but there was a lot of wear visible and some unpleasant looking stains on the side if the bed. However the sheets and pillowcases seemed new and crisp. The bar area was nice and quite busy with lots of people who seemed to be non residents. They had an unfortunate problem on Sunday morning with lack of hot water for a few hours and although it was one of those things they could have dealt with it better and informed guests what was going on instead of waiting for people to turn up at reception to find out what was wrong. The reception staff seemed totally overwhelmed and unable to deal with complaints.

Hoylake is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Hoylake, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Hoylake hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
