Staff was awesome! Room that I had was well maintained, clean and housekeeping was on point everyday!

Rang on the day of arrival to ask for featherfree room and was assured by Harry that this would be accommodated. I anm anllergic to feathers. Arrived later and forgot to check the pillows. Woke up with swollen eyes the following morning, checked the pillows and saw that they were down feathers. Told the young lady on the desk at check out who said sorry.

Immaculate room, nice and quiet and centrally located. Staff encountered all friendly too.

It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.

Lucknam is simply the best hotel that I have stayed in, in the UK
