It was exactly how it was described. The only problem I had was adding my son's name to the guest list, but this was sorted by phoning the very helpful staff!

Photos deceptive, bathroom exceptionally small and generally fittings of poor quality. Booking was not on their system. Staff were pleasant and helpful and when we checked out we were able to leave our bags and come back for them.

The price was very reasonable, and the studio was a decent size and well laid out. Convenient location. This could be a really good place if they just spent a little time cleaning up and fixing some things. Some bits were very dirty, lots of things were tatty and breaking/broken, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, etc. A little work could make transform this into an excellent place to stay.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

After providing a non-refundable payment for a 4 night stay I received zero communication from the property management company for this property (Beehosting Liverpool). Despite several attempts to contact Beehosting via the Expedia app and Expedia customer service I never received the code to access the property. The day I arrived I had to find somewhere else to stay for 4 nights in Liverpool during The British Open which meant I paid very high last minute pricing. I am working with Expedia to obtain a full refund.
