I would like to say congratulations and thank you to one particular member of the staff and I hope the Manager recognize the following employee.
In one of my recent stays, I lost my credit card in the bank machine inside the lobby of this beautiful hotel.
I went to see the concierge, her name is Karla and she was so helpful and professional trying to track if somebody had taken my card, the day after, she made all the possible things to make sure the bank would be on time to give me my card, which was inside the bank machine.
So thank you very much to Karla and congratulations to the hotel for having her, certainly I will go back in my next trip to Guadalajara.

Lots of small restaurants walking distance all around. And lots of clubs around too... with loud speakers going until 5am!!! So if you single or with other adults great place.... not so much if you have a couple of kids trying to sleep with loud music blasting next door.

The Guadalajara Metropolitan Area is the second most populous in Mexico, behind only Mexico City. Situated in the central region of Jalisco, Guadalajara is a major commercial center, as well as a hub for visitors to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Manzanillo. With its rich cultural heritage, festivals, and vibrant artist community, the city is also a major tourist destination in its own right.
