Good looking hotel, rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet selection is good. I travel to Guadalajara once a month from the USA so I stayed at many hotels in this area and this is probably one of the best choices for the price. Everything was great except for two items worth mentioning. The cylinder-type of construction amplifies sounds so you could hear sounds originated at the lobby from my room on the 6th floor. Not terrible but if you are a light sleeper you will notice. The other issue is the air extractor system does not work well. Any odor (good or bad) will stay in the room for a couple of hours. I thought it was just our room but colleagues in other rooms mentioned the same. Probably not a difficult problem to solve. They just need to increase air suction power. I mentioned to the staff.

This is a great hotel with friendly staff in a good location. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly, although not that many spoke English - as advertised on the website - but we managed to communicate with some gestures and much laughter. The room we had was quiet and had a great view. The air conditioning worked perfectly as did the shower and hot water. Would highly recommend this as great home base while exploring Guadalajara.

The hotel is central and walkable to many sites. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the restaurant and room service is great. Two things that would make it a 10 would be availability of a fridge in the room (I have 2 young kids) or ability to request one and for the pool to be heated so one could actually enjoy it. I still recommend and would definitely elect to stay here again

The Guadalajara Metropolitan Area is the second most populous in Mexico, behind only Mexico City. Situated in the central region of Jalisco, Guadalajara is a major commercial center, as well as a hub for visitors to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Manzanillo. With its rich cultural heritage, festivals, and vibrant artist community, the city is also a major tourist destination in its own right.
