Its an okay hotel should be 2-3 stars not 4. Our room had mold no fridge our AC would randomly stop working the rooms are worn out and not kept up with.

I have to say Isaiah may a great impression remembering me and my wife from out past visits . He greeted us with a warm welcome to the hotel while helping immediately to unload our luggage and bags for us to check in . I have to say regardless of us being long long time clients with Krystal . This hotel overall is great from start to finish . I have to say room was very clean like always . Alondra was very helpful too my helping book my ride to the airport. Thanks for the awesome stay and hospitality.

Room was ok, spacious. It was a bit dirty when we received it. we found some hair sittinf in the shower also the sink appeared to be clogged. The nd the carpet on the hallways are very dirty. I used to stay here before but unfortunately not recommended anymore.

El hotel estuvo espectacular, bonita vista desde la habitación, buen precio, cerca de muy buenos restaurantes, muy céntrico, enfrente de una hermosa plaza comercial. Lo recomiendo mucho y definitivo me volvería a hospedar aquí. El staff fue muy bueno, tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado de la habitación, no enfriaba, y nos cambiaron de habitación.
