I have stayed at Plaza Diana several times when I visit Guadalajara. It is my Go To place when I visit. The rooms and property are very clean. When I return in the evening my room is in Excellent Condition. I plan on always staying there when I visit Guadalajara.

Comfortable, clean and cozy

Was visiting Guadalajara for some rest and to look at the city for a potential retirement home. The staff at Plaza Diana were so pleasant and helpful. Great service and very clean. The room service was also very good.

When I checked in, they didn’t ask if I wanted the sofa bed made. When I called the front desk to ask about the sheets, they said they’d be there soon after waiting for someone to get them. I called them again, and they explained that the person in charge had left and didn’t know when they could send someone. When I checked the towels, they only gave me two for a room of five. So, I had to ask. I highly recommend basic training so that when a family checks in, they ask if they need the sofa bed made.
