We’re very upset at the elevator was broken. We had to carry our luggage all the way down to the elevator to go to the parking lot. Also, no smart TVs in the bedrooms. And that big stupid glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom was not very relaxing for somebody trying to sleep if somebody was in the bathroom. My expectations were much higher for this hotel.

Hice mi reservacion con desayuno incluido (lo unico que vale la pena en el hotel) y en recepción me dijeron que no los habia pedido. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido. Hable a recepción para que lo solucuonaran . Y no lo hicieron iba por 2 noches solo dure una y me cambie de hotel al FIESTA AMERICA. Sin duda es mejot opción. El estacionamiento tiene un pesimo sistema. El elevador para bajar tardamos mas de 20 minutos.
