I think we should have picked a larger room but ours was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good. We went to another hotel for cocktails because they have a daily 2 for 1 special. Holiday Inn did not. Also we ate dinner there and we were both happy with our food.

Room was dated, bed moved apart as soon as you sat on it. Although booked for 3 people we only had towels coffee etc for two. For the price we paid I thought it was not to the standard the price warranted.

Stayed a few nights before a very early flight. Easy to get to the hotel from Hatton Cross tube station, and that is free to get to from other Terminals. It's a big hotel so busy at times. Hotel was clean and perfect location for airport. Room was basic but has coffee and tea. Checkin was quick and fairly easy. The only downside was that the room had a slight musty smell and was on the ground floor.
