El Tamarindo Vacation Packages

Tourist trap to be avoided at all costs. One of the most expensive places to stay on San Andres and not worth a fraction of the price. Food/Dining area filthy. The food mediocre at best, Grounds in disrepair. The pool extremely overcrowded, very noisy and essentially useless. Place not convenient to ANYTHING. Not walkable. No public transportation. You are stuck here except for $30USD cab rides. NO WIFI On property except IN THE LOBBY … where everyone is trying to use one weak signal. Would never stay here again. I abandoned my room immediately after getting there. The staff was not concerned about my complaints and gave me their corporate website to file a complaint and seek refund. Refund was refused so I lost all my money. That’s how bad it was. I preferred to pay for another place rather than stay at this terrible property.

This property is very unclean, we usually dont compain but this property should not even be on expedia . The doors do not have proper locks, the small fridge had half drank drinks from previous guests, the pillow cases were soiled, we found blood and hair on the walls, there was mould on the ceiling and the shower was very very unclean. The room rate is triple what it should be and the street noise at night is deafening especially since the windows are paper thin. Not a good place for family at all

Room in bad cleaning condition. Bad food and poor service.

great location, breakfast was good, the only 2 issues we had were windows are full of scale, a white film, unable to see out the window unless you fully open them, our next issue was roaches on the wall.for the most part of our stay was good.

My stay at Cocoplum Beach Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel offers excellent facilities, delicious food, and outstanding standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Andrés. I would happily stay here again!
