Broken toilets , outdated , missing amenities , late breakfast. Breakfast starts at 8 am Too many flaws for the price . Outside looks good but the rooms are not , can’t seat on toilet because my face will hit the paper towel dispenser that’s mounted on the way . Lots of better choices .

Thw room were not clean at all. The breakfast was okay. The sauna and jacuzzi were great even though the stuff were there but the customer service were not the best.

Room has a bad smell to them. We are told that it’s the water that is used to clean the rooms, they stink when dries and it can’t be helped

The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them.
