I never take time to write reviews, but I have to say, I was so happy with this place. We stayed in B26A and it was awesome. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 huge bathrooms, 2 pools and free mini golf, screened in patio, washer and dryer. We changed the sheets on the bed and the mattress was so clean. It was $127/night. While we were there, we toured Animation hotel on the Disney campus and it looked like a restored Motel 6. It was tiny. This place is huge and super comfortable. I would stay there again every time. It's only like 15 min from the park too.

We arrived late and had a quick and friendly reception.
All our needs were met during our stay and we enjoyed what we were looking for-a
quiet clean and restful place.
As seniors we did not intend to be overly active and we were able to do just as we wished,
with day trips to various locations.

My room was clean, but the jacuzzi faucet and shower head were not that clean. I Saw a little soap scum. (That I cleaned) My only two issues was the double sink the water drained slow and the hot water would go. Who would want to go into a cold jacuzzi? The master bedroom should have better bedding. There was not a quilt. The extra "quilt" they had looked like if you run them together you could start a fire.
The reason why I would recommend is, because maybe it was just my room. Plus the pool was nice, having the kitchen and extra room was nice. The location to parks was close. And it wasn't expensive. I would stay again, but not in room 51103. Building 5 location to the pool was very easy.

Good, homey and comfy place to stay after a long day of activites. The pool looked good but we were too busy to enjoy it, plus it was a little chilly out. The place is clean, a little dated, but not bad. Neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy until the wee hours, and we could hear them.
My big negative is in the description, it said Disney is only 2 miles away. Maybe they measured the aerial distance, but the drive by car and shuttle was more like 7 miles. Very misleading.
The front desk was very helpful. They recommended using the Lyft service if we miss the shuttle. It cost less than $7, so it was well worth it, instead of facing the mob to catch the shuttle at Epcot.
Overall, it was a good place to rest.

I stayed this past weekend and everything was fabulous until we got to breakfast. The tables were all a mess and they weren't being cleaned up fast enough. We ended up having to sit with dirty plates on our table and it was just a little nasty. But I did see that they only had 1-2 people cleaning which doesn't make sense to me. Other than that everything was great, the rooms were well kept and nice and staff was super friendly and quick.

We could not have chosen a better hotel for our Disney World holiday. The room was spotless. The staff, all of them, were exceptional, the customer service second to none. No need to hire a car as the hotel provides transport to Magic Kingdom and the Disney transportation hub. The breakfast was unbelievable, so much choice and quality. My daughter loved the freshly made pancakes and waffles. Dinner at the Lakehouse was also excellent. After a busy day at the theme parks it was so nice to have some down time by the swimming pools and hot tubs or even a nap on the beach side hammock. Make sure you order lunch and cocktails from the poolside, the choice is incredible and the seared tuna tacos are to die for !! We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely come back when we can. Thanks for making our holiday so unforgettable !

The hotel was nice even though room had evidence of a fixed ceiling leak in the bathroom. We drove to Disney parks easily from the hotel. They do have a shuttle to Epcot but it makes other stops and only offers 3 times for drop off and pick up. A lot of restaurants around the location and a Catholic Shrine within walking distance.
