Hotel was modern and very clean however the room decor was very dark and odd for a Disney Springs area hotel. There is a shuttle to Disney Springs albeit not frequent but at least it's close enough to walk. Free breakfast and popcorn/soda everyday was great and convenient but would have liked a bit more variety at breakfast (sausage every morning, never bacon). The free kickback and 3 drinks everyday from 5:30-7:30 is convenient in theory but the food wasn't that great. If you're on a budget, it's great to save money on meals but keep in mind, if you're at the parks all day, will this be as useful? Pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel. Free shuttles (running till late at night) and early entry were great perks. Every shuttle makes 2 stops though so allow 30 mins to get anywhere). Front desk staff and check in experience was lacking. Overall a good hotel but could be better for what you pay.

My only complaint about the property would be the strange smell I would pick up in certain areas, particularly on the second floor. Otherwise, this was an amazing hotel experience I would very much like to repeat during my next visit to Orlando.

Fantastic stay. Fresh, brand new everything. You definitely want to stay here. Stayed with my daughter and toddler grandson before House of Blues concert & full on Disney stay. Buffet and support staff is great. Well worth it. Staff is warm & wonderful as well as caring. Room for everyone. Come and stay here with your friends and family. You wont regret it. My stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando Disney Springs was absolutely amazing! The hotel room was spotless and neatly cleaned, which made it so comfortable and welcoming. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner; both were delicious and offered a great variety. I especially enjoyed the delicious popcorn in the afternoons/evenings; it was such a fun and thoughtful touch! The staff was consistently pleasant and professional, always making sure guests were well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend the Drury Hotel to anyone visiting Orlando.

I had such a great experience staying at the Drury Plaza this past weekend! From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The young receptionist at the front desk was so kind and accommodating, which set the tone for a great stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was also a highlight, and I want to give a special shout-out to Gina on floor two by the waffle station—she had such a warm personality and was incredibly nice. She really made mornings enjoyable with her friendliness and positive energy. I also want to recognize Kevin, who helped take care of our bags after check-out so we could enjoy some time out in the city before our flight. That level of service was so thoughtful and really appreciated. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend the Drury Plaza and would definitely stay here again!

Creo que deben agregarle a la habitación un poco de aroma aunque sea suave e hipo alergénica porque por las alfombras aveces se acumula humedad y aunque esté limpio la habitación conserva un poco de mal olor. No es excesivo pero si un poco molestoso. Estaba limpia la habitación y las camas son muy cómodas, me gustó todo del hotel.

Overall great experience

Everything was absolutely awesome. The breakfast was great with a variety of options. For example we had eggs, sausage, biscuits with gravy, cereal and more. Breakfast ends at 10 am promptly. The 5:30pm kickback is great, with a different menu everyday. One night we had chicken Alfredo with Caesar salad and another we had pulled pork and Mac and cheese. Everything was great. Unlimited fountain drinks, coffee and tea. The pool and jacuzzi was big, comfortable and clean. The room was clean and spacious for family of four. The complementary shuttle service was on time and comfortable and took us to all the Disney parks. Overall great experience!
