As having worked in the Hotel industry for over 25 years I was very impressed by the hotel staff. Every time I passed a hotel employee they always said Hello, Good Morning, Good Evening. It was very refreshing. I did ask at check in to have my room and tax on a separate folio and was told that could be done at checkout. As someone that has installed property management systems in hotels worldwide, I found it strange that my request could not be set up ahead of time and had to wait to be done at checkout. I was meeting a client for dinner and we ate at High Volocity. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The water park was great for the kids. Service fantastic. Parking was really costly on a per day basis, plus taxes was a killer. Overall a good stay, but bring extra funds for unknown costs.

Nice facility, but looks little old, we have issue with drainage at shower. Staff are very attentive, water park is great. Parking is little inconvenient. There’s shuttle service to Disney, but need to reserve. Overall very good stay.

Martha at breakfast was AMAZING! The breakfast options were delicious and fresh. Chris at the sports bar was attentive and made great suggestions and explained the menu well. I will sure visit again soon!
