A historic pub and hotel , lovely staff, room very clean and comfy and breakfast to order and nice fresh food . Lovely Frome is worth exploring and the pub restaurant very welcoming . An amazing bus service to Bath from the front of hotel.. runs till midnight !

The Merchant's House, BW Signature Collection
Room was clean and comfy. Staff very helpful and nice. Half price welcome drink in the bar. Only downside, was parking (very limited) and couldn’t get a space. However, location is great and so close to the city centre.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind when I felt unwell. I was amazed the following morning when they recognised me and asked how I was. Rooms beautifully clean, food excellent.

The Peppermill
Lovely room. Tv didn’t work. They supposedly sent someone to sort it but it never worked other than very broken picture, so impossible. WiFi very hit and miss. Just kept dropping out every few seconds. Otherwise enjoyable stay.
