"Christmas Dream amid Austrian alpine culture"
You are 5-10 minute walk away from ski hills X4, Village, Cross country trails, Hiking Trails, Water Park, ski jumping, etc. We were well accommodated, treated by wonderful staff! The chef was incredible with high calibre 5 course dinners Christmas Eve and Day. The morning Buffet was more than expected, traditional Austrian fresh deli, vast assortment of fruit, fresh bread, alpine meals, yoghurts, muesli, juices coffee tea, continental, etc. We experienced a true Austrian Christmas and New Year Celebrations at the Hotel and in the village. Christmas Mass at Village Church was heavily attended with full choir and organ. Church bells rang throughout the valleys. Horse drawn carriages a common sight and Christmas markets serving Gluewein amidst Christmas light adorned pedestrian streets. Mountain peeks are in all directions with night time skiing at one of the hills. You are a 25 min ride up from Innsbruck, 1 1/2 hrs from Salzburg, from Bolzano (Italy), and from Munich (GER), or 45 min from Kitzbuhel, or 25 min from Garmisch (GER). We came across this beautiful village 27 years ago at the beginning of our marriage, heading south on alpine roads south of Garmisch and we fell in love with Seefeld back then. This time we came back with our 4 children who very much want to come back again!

    "Beautiful hotel in the Alps"
Reasonably priced excellent restaurant on site. Fabulous breakfast although I wish it started earlier than 7:30 as we were keen to get on the slopes in the morning. Great friendly staff. Great ski hire on site.

"Stunning setting with amazing pool and spa"
Absolutely jaw-droppingly beautiful pool with view of the mountains. Spa area is great with a super hot Finnish spa with surely one of the best views in the world (prepare to get naked fellow Brits - no swim costumes allowed!) Food was delicious and the lounge area was sumptuous. The hotel is quite big so is a bit corporate compared to other smaller, cosier boutiquey hotels in town but the views, pool and spa facilities make it the winner for me. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

"Right in the centre of town"
This hotel is so convenient to everything, and it has the comfiest and cosiest bar area with sofas and a fire and deckchairs outside for sunbathing. Great breakfast buffet too! I won't stay anywhere else in Kitzbuhel!

    "Bit Tired"
We stayed in a double guest room at the Innsbruck Hilton for a family ski / city holiday. Checking-in was a bit of a mess - when we arrived we were told that our allocated room was not ready, so we left our luggage and explored the city for a couple of hours. When we returned we were allocated a different room that turned out not to have a child's bed. When we questioned this at reception the staff made up some excuses before rectifying the situation. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the buffet breakfast provided a good start to the day. However, we struggled to get a good nights sleep due to the beds and very dry atmosphere in the rooms. Overall, a good hotel with a great location - but falls short on the comfort of the beds.

"Great hotel, Great Location, Great Staff"
This hotel is located in a great central location across from the main train & bus station. We had 2 rooms booked next to each other. The rooms were nice, clean & spacious. The bathrooms were nice and well equipped. The only criticism we had were that the beds were rock hard and we had difficulty in operating the water temperature in the showers. These were minor issues for our length of stay (3 nights) and everything else which was great outwayed any negatives. The staff are exceptional here... from the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed by Lukas, who was also very helpful to us when we got stuck out at Kuthai as well as looking into sledding information for us and organising a private transfer. Other staff members who went out of there way to make us welcome and comfortable were Giuseppe in the bar area. What a character of a person and nothing was too much trouble for him..... He also brought us free champagne when he found out it was my nieces birthday! Also extremely helpful to us were Sabrina and Viktoria. In short the staff are exceptional here and nothing is too much trouble for them. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again when next in Innsbruck.
