Beautiful hotel in central Innsbruck. Less than 10 minutes walk from the central station. Beautifully clean, comfortable and a superb breakfast. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent--close to the train station and the heart of the city. The room was perfect for two and spic and span. Desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. One couldn't ask for a better experience.

Good location nice coffee shop which is where breakfast is served. Access to a sauna and steam bath was a bonus and all very clean. slightly strange config for a family studio room but otherwise worked ok for a nights stay. Part of the hotel is new and part looks to be an older building.

Hotel Central is located in an unbeatable location, a paid parking lot is just steps from the hotel lobby. Once you make your check in, you can walk everywhere. The Old Town is not more than a 5 minutes walk, and the area is full of restaurants and shops. Just be careful, if your stay includes a Sunday, almost everything is CLOSED !!

Incredible Location

Location is amazing, parking garage is right across the street. Innsbruck however has lot of construction going on with several streets closed to traffic and so to get to the parking garage... took forever. This was not the hotel's fault just how things are. They were very helpful with advise on where to eat etc. Room was very comfortable.

Showy ground floor but rooms not of same quality.

Although the ground floor looks very impressive, the bedroom was small and lacked amenities like a kettle and tea/coffee making equipment. The information said you could hire a kettle from them! I would expect more from a hotel of this rating. No aircon either, fortunately it was not too hot but it would have been difficult if it had have been. Lots of street noise so opening the window was not an option. Overall we were disappointed with this hotel.
