From the moment we checked in, we knew that the W was extraordinary! The staff was absolutely charming, always checking if we were doing fine. The staff at both pools were making sure we were comfortable and checking with us several times during the day. Wonderful experience, will certainly be back.

The hotel, staff, and room were all nice. The only complaint we really have was the ac in our room kept coming on every five-ten minutes to cool down the room but it wasn't really doing anything except being loud so you were constantly having to adjust the tv volume etc. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the staff were very friendly.

"Best Hotel, Best Beach, Not a Great Destination!"
This hotel is the best in the area, including best beach. Very pricey. It's the most peaceful hotel around and on the beach, also walking distance to all the good restaurants. It's located at the opposite end of Duvall St which is a mess and congested with cruise ship vacationers...at night it turns into an entirely different place...one big drunk fest, locals agree this is a disappointment. Some might love it. Jimmy Buffet's no longer an iconic place, it's actually scary. If you go to Key West this is the place to stay, although the best recommendation is to rethink your destination! Key West has drastically changed.
