The hotel exterior and some interior areas not clean . The front parking area the roof incredibly dirty. Landscaping and tree limbs on the ground. Furniture in the room almost falling apart. And yes noise was another issue

Hotel is nothing compared to online! There was nowhere to park the entire 3 days we stayed there and was still charged $10 a night for parking, we had to make our own parking space. The room was semi dirty we had to clean to our liking. The one restaurant they do have close early with a limited menu.

The front desk manager who said he was new was rude. Charged my card twice even though I told him I was already charged. Tod me no upgrade was available without even checking. The room smelled bad and was not cleaned properly. Will never stay here again.

Rooms were decent size, lovely and clean. Lovely views as well of the airport runway. No noise from landing / planes taking off. Breakfast service could be better. Regular run outs of some food options and had to ask for cereal bowls everyday. The food was very good though. Shuttle service to the airport was brilliant. Took myself with my 9 other family members and our 15 suitcases all in one go and it was complimentary. On this alone, every likelihood I will lodge here again.

Not happy with them not returning my deposit, there is no reason why it was held. This was from the 1st of August. I was told it would be returned in 7 days . I returned to the hotel on the 16th August as my transfer was through Miami and discussed my concerns and still my deposit has not been returned. This is so wrong on many levels.
